Staff very proffessional helpful and cheerful.

The lady (Demi) who helped me choose and book my first solo holiday was exceptional she was very patient and made me feel at ease I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and she found me a perfect location for me at a great price to.

Assistance was provided to us at very short notice.
Ela was very helpful, used her insight to help guide our decisions for a last minute break.

Agent was very welcoming polite on arrival,she was very helpful on which holiday to choose,this I the second year we have booked with Hays Travel with good competitive deals.
