This was a fairly straightforward UK city break booking for Edinburgh in November. Rebecca's help and advice meant it was a quick and easy transaction.

Went to the Hayes branch in Yate looking to book a cruise for my sisters 50th birthday. Cat made the booking fun and professional. I can not fault the service with her. She went out of her way to accommodate what we were looking for. There are 6 of us travelling and Cat managed to get us all together. Thank you Cat for your great service with a smile.

Non pushy patient staff ( Rebecca and Catalina) and listened to our wants and needs. We are exited to enjoy the Holiday we booked.

Although we had done a bit of research online, I was not confident in finishing the purchase as there were other factors involved that I was unsure how to deal with. Catalina was so helpful and ensured we will get what we wanted to achieve. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly staff nothing is to much trouble

Sharon the lady at the shop was very nice. Was able to answer my questions and those she couldn't or needed help from another assistant in the shop, a real team effort. I was given copies of my documents. The payment was easy and so efficient. I am glad I chose Hayes for a change. I wanted a different experience. Nothing was too much trouble all my questions were answered. Instructions were given to make my account to book excursions. I am now getting excited about my holiday.
