This was the third time we have booked a holiday with Hays Travel and the third time we have been very pleased with the help, professionalism and support we received to ensure we got the holiday we want.

Can only describe the service that we received from Fleur and colleague as outstanding in booking our flights from the UK to Australia after we had endured a stressful time trying to book elsewhere.
The whole booking process from start to finish was very clear and easy to understand and at a cost which was within our budget. We left the shop with a great relief lifted from our shoulders, thanks again Fleur and colleague

Tried to pay for the holiday using your secure payment on a credit card but was rejected twice, was informed to contact my bank which I did, only to find the secure payment you use doesn’t accept credit cards payments … something you could possible learn by, than myself finding out the information,
relay it to your staff for further transactions I n the future possibly

Rachel did everything she said she would. Our requirements were met, and alterations maid when I asked for them. Excellant customer service.
