Phil at Clifton Moor is always perfect with his honest approach, great knowledge and expert opinions. I wouldn't choose anyone else to help my with the perfect holiday and I have never been disappointed.

Bella at Hayes Travel on Clifton Moor was very helpful and dealt with our enquiry in an efficient and professional way.
Phil, the Manager usually deals with our requests, but he was on a course that particular day when Bella stepped in.

We saw an assistant immediately on entering the shop at around 2.30pm. She was extremely pleasant and understood any questions we asked. She found the holiday we required and was able to match our on line price which we were very grateful. All the paperwork was completed and we left the office at around 3.10. We have never been able to close a booking that quickly anywhere.

As always they listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right holiday. Julie is always happy to ensure our questions are answered and find out from holiday companies anything that us unclear. Got a great discount by going through them rather than direct too.

Shoutout to Bella in the Monks Cross, York office for helping us arrange a trip to Cyprus. Lovley girl. Very pleasant & helpul & went out her way to find the perfect holiday for us

A lovely lady helped us book a holiday and everything was easy and smooth.
We have gone on two more holidays since and booked direct with tui because the cost was considerably lower than booking through hays,which means they are not the cheapest way to book

We went down for availability of a September cruise esp NCL to Iceland. We were welcomed by Bella who asked what requirements we had in mind and started the search.
We searched the cruise intended but after going through all the options it became unsatisfactory due to NCL’s transfer problems. This took a lot of searching which took some time and effort.
We changed tack and this resulted in booking a P&O cruise on Britannia.

I have never used Hayes before and went in with open mind on where we wanted to go for a short break and Philip was very helpful and we found something suitable in no time. it was nice to have someone do all the on-line stuff without the stress.

Very helpful staff, great service and booking was easy.

The service was good. Very friendly staff. The only issue was that the computer wouldn’t load the flights correctly and Julie had to spend time on the phone to get them booked.
