Leonie was very helpful in arranging our trip to Paris by Eurostar. We decided to stay an extra night and this was organised very efficiently. Great service.
The young lady was efficient, cheerful and pleasant, she made sure we were happy before we left her and that we had our documents. We will be using Hays again

As always Phil at Hays Travel Clifton Moore was exceptional in booking our dream holiday. We had so many specifications and he was so patient and strived to deliver what we wanted. Your staff member, Julie was very helpful, knowledgable and experienced. She showed us a number of options in our price range and spoke thoroughly about the choices. She was also tremendously helpful in saying that she would support us with the online check-in in store.

Easy-peasy holiday booking.
The service in the Clifton Moor, York branch is nothing short of superlative. Julie went way beyond to find us the break we were looking for and it was all done with the minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency, and the friendliness was the icing on the cake.
The payment process was easy and the whole transaction took probably less than 45 minutes.
