We were made most welcome & the service was 5 star+. My husband passport would of been out of date but help was given & they renewed the passport on line for us after telling us where to go for the photos gave us the address to send the old passport to & to get it signed for. assistance was also booked for us. Personal service was what we wanted for booking our first ever cruise for next year so we wanted to be able to ask questions and get advice.
