Headway Capital has been great for a true line of credit. However, after being with them for a few years even, there is no options for increases. This means I have to go elsewhere for any other loan options. If I were valuable as they say, there would be increases after 3-4 years of on time, never late payments. If your going to go with them, get as much as they'll give right from the start.

Like a silent partner, Headway Capital provides the peace of mind that it will be there when needed. Always seamless with next day draws.

I almost turned down this line of credit because of a misunderstanding of the costs associated with it. But I eventually decided to take it to have on standby just in case I need it. It was an easy process for approval overall and the follow up welcome call, set all of my concerns at ease!

I never write reviews but this is worth the review. My guy Craig is excellent walked me thru every step of the process which was seamless. Got my approval in 2 days monies in account the next day after THANkS If you are in business come check out Lendio. You won't regret it.

I called in and spoke to Roxanne regarding some questions on how additional payments are applied, how re-amortization works and the schedule of payments. She answered each question with zero hesitation and was able to expound on additional features of the loan product. This let me know she really knows how the loan product worked and I feel extremely comfortable with her advice. I shared with her my goals and she offered a few insights and scenarios on how I could achieve them using their loan product. She spoke clearly, listened well, comprehended every question that I had, and offered insights on how to best achieve my desired outcomes based on the parameters of the loan. It was a truly insightful call.

I love my Line of Credit; but, the customer experience lacks a human approach. Last fall I requested a larger line knowing we were going into our slower season and despite my efforts to keep lending to Headway I was told that Headway doesn't take credit line increase requests and to not call them because if they were interested in my business they'd call me. So, I went to Fora Financial and have since paid them back from my winter needs. Headway could've created loyalty; but, policy prevents them from even entertaining that idea.

We were very pleased with Headway Capitals easy to follow application process. They provided funding within days following approval. We look forward to working with them more in the coming years as we expand our operations.

Process was easy and quick. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they don't schedule payments for 30 days out of your first draw. It's taken out of your bank account at the end of the month, which is about 2 weeks after I made the draw.
