Customer Service Agent, Sepand Hessamfar, was extremely helpful and quickly answered my query, and went on to provided further information allowing me to comprehensively sort out the issue.

I can’t remember her name but she was a sweet girl who stayed on the phone with me while I did my entire application again. The website a bit hard to navigate but she was amazing couldn’t have done wit without her!!!!

Didn’t understand why I had been refused on healthcode for providers. Quick call with Sepand and within 15minutes everything had been sorted and awaiting verification. Really helpful and easy to get hold of.
