I ordered glucose monitoring patches for around Rs14,700. Prepaid. It’s been 6 days since the tracking number they provided is showing invalid. I’m talking to the support and they are giving me no definitive answer. It’s a full scam, please don’t buy from here.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Healthy Me app. I made a payment expecting to receive the promised services, but after the transaction, there was absolutely no response from their side.

I received a call from their representative who kept pressuring me to make a payment immediately, claiming it was a “limited-time offer” and that I had to pay the same day to avail it; Because of the constant urgency and convincing, I ended up making the payment. But right after that, there was complete silence. The person who called me stopped responding, and there has been no follow-up or support from their side. Forcing customers to rush payments and then disappearing is not acceptable.

Their customer care service is completely useless. They do not help with anything and provide no proper support or resolution.

From the very next day, I started requesting cancellation of the program, but no one has taken it seriously. Even till now, they are not ready to cancel or provide any proper response.

Also, I seriously doubt the authenticity of this program. Without even asking basic details like weight, medical history, or properly assessing the individual, how can such a program even work? It feels like they rely on flashy advertisements and push people to pay quickly.
Only after losing my money, I realized that many others have had similar bad experiences.
This is highly unprofessional and misleading

I strongly advise others not to fall for such pressure tactics or make payments without proper verification.
There has been zero support, no follow-up, and no accountability. It honestly feels like they were only interested in getting the money and then ignoring the customer.

The program structure is not suitable for people with unpredictable schedules, especially working professionals or parents. As a mother of two infants, I needed more flexible and real-time support, but the entire model is based on pre-booked calls and delayed responses.

I was expecting a more proactive approach where the coach would regularly follow up, track my meals, and guide me in real-time situations like sudden outings or changes in routine. However, most of the responsibility was on me to initiate conversations, and responses were not immediate when needed.

Even after multiple emails, follow-ups, and speaking with the coach, my concerns were not properly addressed. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked to restart the program.

Unfortunately, I also experienced weight gain during this period, which was quite discouraging.

Overall, it did not meet my expectations, and I feel it was not worth the money for the kind of support I received. Would not recommend this if you are looking for personalized, real-time guidance.

There coaches provide generic coaching and it was not worth the price you can find better coaches available online

I ordered this product weeks and weeks ago. Have my order number 2651 A tracking number and none of it works. The website does not work. The number does not work.This is a skam completely and absolutely!

never take Healthifyme subscription, they will randomly change coaches, there will be no continuity, coaches will not be available most part of the day. It is a fraud app. They never refund too!

As an NRI Client and a premium member, I get below (isn't it WOW)-

1. Since day- 1 - I have not got any options to select the coaches. (Still not available)
2. I can't even select 1 coach and you are talking about changing the coach. Please note-I have not yet requested to change the coach (as there is no support and customer feedback taken seriously). You have never mentioned sharing any coach profiles manually (Manually how?? -means what??)
3. How do i confirm my fitness expert- when I can't even see any single coach on the app.
4. Since Day-1- I have not got the Video call options to connect with the coaches (Still Not available)

I am attaching the chat screenshots with the Sales Person of HealthifyMe. Can I speak to someone in higher management, else you refund my hard earned money.

You are just wasting my valuable time.

Didnt like the personal coaches.they used to provide very generic and basic plans and the connects were never on time .My fitness reduced during this period as focus was more on calorie reduction and weight loss.

Be cautious before purchasing HealthifyMe’s US plan. Despite paying a premium, the service was poorly coordinated. Diet plans were generic, preferences were ignored, follow-ups were lacking, and communication across time zones was extremely frustrating. A smart scale promised in 15 days was not delivered even after 31 days and counting. Support responses were delayed, and interactions felt insensitive rather than supportive. Overall, this did not feel like a premium health service and I would not recommend it to US-based customers.

I paid 72k for 1year plan. Not of any use, 1 CGM wasn’t delivered and 1CGM was not working out of 4. Vague useless dietplans vere copied from ChatGPT and given even after multiple changes calls. Not worth it

Very bad experience with Healthyfy.

At the time of discussion, I was informed that the fee would be ₹3,500 per month. However, when I swiped my credit card, ₹40,000 was locked at once. It was not clearly explained to me that the full amount would be charged upfront.

Due to ongoing health issues, I am unable to strictly follow the diet plan. Even after 6 months, I did not lose even 1 kg. When I raised my concerns, they blamed hormonal issues and took no responsibility for the lack of results.

Despite this, the remaining amount will continue to be deducted through EMIs. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

If you have any health issues, I would strongly advise not to deal with Healthyfy.

I had purchased smart scale for Rs. 1190,it claims that 11plus metrix are displayed and shown in the mobile n7mber given, unfortunately despitw two to three times i had complained that i could not get other details except weight. Pl reaolved the issue or guide.

Stay away from this app! Its has become a big scam. I paid for the pro version of the APP and never got upgraded. There is absolutely no customer service. Please stay away from this APP. Total fraudsters.

I totally echo Londondoc. Please don't pay for this app. It is literally day time looting. They were very responsive before I paid money for 6 months. I didn't like it after a week, Their diet plan is all bull shit. I can do it by myself. They don't motivate you. You have to schedule calls with them and the call that you get from them is from junk number, and you wouldn't know if it genuine call or junk call. I am following up with them for refund write after a week, I joined. No response. PLEASE DON'T JOIN

I bought a 6 month program when there was a Dhanteras offer for an additional 2 months for free.

They hooked me with this offer but it took weeks of messaging and complaints before they even updated my app.

The app is also glitchy and the total calories limits keep switching despite the coach plans.

The app assigns default coaches and it is impossible to switch (it only allowed one switch) despite me wanting a pregnancy specific diet coach (it only allowed me to change my exercise coach).

The weighing scales they provide also took forever to come - only after logging complaints did it finally arrive.

It does not seem like they are ready for NRI customers so I would avoid unless you are based in India and have the time to keep chasing.

Title: Worst Experience Ever! Total Scam Feeling 😡

I’m honestly fed up with HealthifyMe. I ordered a Smart Scale, paid for it, and it’s been over 40 days — still nothing! No product, no refund, no proper update. Every time I contact support, they just copy-paste the same useless lines like “Please give us some time,” “By end of the day,” or “By 2 PM” — and then absolutely nothing happens.

This is pathetic service. It feels like they just don’t care once they get your money. I’ve raised complaints so many times, but nobody has taken any real action.

HealthifyMe seriously needs to fix their customer service or stop selling products they can’t deliver. Right now, it feels like a scam. I’ll never recommend this app or their products to anyone.

The app is a good one.. But their paid programs in the name of personalized coach is a scam..
1. The diet chart given by their coaches is worst. Even AI diet charts are better than those. They simply give a general and unpractical chart
2. During call, they will patiently listen and won’t even mind to take actions after that. But will follow up on correct time to close their task. What is the use o it ??
3. After paying and becoming member, you won’t even get 20% benefits of it. But they will urge you to take up pro option.
I lost hope over HealthifyMe..

The Healthify me App doesn’t sync even 25% with the health statistics.

- Walking steps different calories.
- food snap for calories shows
unrelated amounts.- UNRELIABLE !
- The calibration for food amounts is not
enough. Ex: 1.5 cups & 2 cups.
There isn’t a 1.25 cup.
- Same for other food weights also.
- video workouts - complete waste. Unless
you are 100% motivated by YOUR SELF-
don’t invest. Waste of money.
But my coaches were good. So I am trying to complete my year subscription.

Please note the excerise coach has changed so many times and my diet coach is have for 5 years suddenly changed so I asked them for a refund they refused please do not use them as I was clear with my diet coach that I will only sign up if you are going to stay this is false information given just to sign up
