Very Impressive Service
I was very impressed with the saving that they made for me on my medical insurance. They were very thorough with providing me with different options to suit my budget. I ended up getting better cover for even less. I highly recommend them

Ross Roberts ensured that we obtained the most appropriate private healthcare insurance product for both my and my husband’s individual

Impartial, patient advice
Great service from both James and Henry. I never felt rushed or intimidated when I needed something explained. Henry was very patient and extremely efficient at returning calls . He worked for me at getting the best cover for my needs and managed to arrange similar for my husband at reasonable cost.

B) the advisor was excellent. Kept everything simple and practical, gave clearly understandable advice, didn't pressure me, and was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout

Followed up my quote promptly
Followed up my quote promptly. Answered my questions about cover. Only thing was the quotes engime was not transparent about who was going to ring me up, felt like a cold call, my phone said suspected spam. I was a little uncomfortable with this.
