disappointing service, run down facility, offensive host
The service provided by HelloApulia was very bad - our last stay at "Nido In Villa degli Agrumi" near Fasano in Sep 2019 was a nightmare for me and my family with 3 kids! We booked with HelloApulia properties three times since 2014 and 2017, but 2019 will remain the last time! Whereas the prices went up, the service and quality disappeared. We made unacceptable and disappointing experiences with the host Mrs. Sofrani and with her offensive and rude husband. Although we forwarded our first complaints (defective fridge, defective coffee maker, killing of strolling kittens) to the staff of HelloApulia on 7th September, none of the problems was solved during our 14 days stay for almost 2300€. Even worse: The hosts started to harass and offend my wife and me. Our check-out was delayed because the host blocked our car! As we missed our flight from Brindisi, legal action had to undertaken to claim compensation with HelloApulia (Booking Ref. 4090/2019)
