I had an issue with one of my jackets seems coming apart contacted customer service. They were very helpful and rectified the situation within my satisfaction. I’ll definitely keep buying and wearing hell Hansen.

Pantalon de ski Helly Hansen Men's Legendary 2 Way Stretch achete en novembre 2025 sur le site d'un distributeur, utilise en tout et pour tout une dizaine de fois cette saison. Avril 2026: le tissu s'est craque au niveau des fesses sur 2-3 cm, laissant apparaitre la doublure - apres une utilisation tout a fait normale... Pantalon desormais inutilisable. Pour le prix des articles, l'on s'attend a une qualite irreprochable; or ca n'est pas le cas. Last but not least: rejet de couvrir le dommage par la garantie par Helly Hansen car le dommage n'est soi-disant pas un defaut de fabrication, couture etc. Il est inacceptable de payer des vetements de ski aussi cher et d'etre confronte a des problemes de qualite de la sorte. J'avais achete un manteau de ski une annee precedente, qui avait deja eu un accroc. Encore une fois, probleme manifeste de qualite des produits... En outre, service client qui ne propose aucune alternative de reparation, ce qui pour moi est encore plus dommageable pour les clients. En bref, Helly Hansen, plus jamais pour ma part; ils m'ont definitivement perdue!

I had a great customer service experience. They provided me store credit for the value of the item that was damaged more that it should've been from normal wear and tear. The process was simple and it was apparent that HH is proud of their products and wants their customers to be 100% satisfied with the product. I wish more companies stood behind their products like HH does.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Helly Hansen customer service! The CNCT pockets are genuinely a game changer — super practical and well thought out. All the workwear is amazing quality too. Been wearing it for a month now and can’t fault the build quality. Ordered from the website and provided correct delivery information but it seems like it's getting delivered to a pickup point accross town because they put in the wrong postal code.
As you can imagine, this makes its quite annoying to pickup and a waste of time.
Hopefully the item is as ordered. 5 min turned into a 40-60min pickup.

Seems like it was the postoffice that messed up. The label was correctly printed with the provided information.

Purchased down jacket for my wife 5 years ago and she had zipper started separating from jacket recently. Did not have actual receipt but did have some proof of purchase. Contacted HH customer service - they asked me to send info and pictures of the item in question. Answered a few questions along with sending photos and received a credit to HH store. Excellent service and company. Thank you!

I replied them back and they responded again quickly within a day and resolved my concerns. Very good after-sales service and will definitely come back again for other purchases in the future.

My jacket was damaged while skiing and still under warranty. HH honored the warranty and exceeded my expectations for customer service. A brand that stands behind their products is rare to find these days.

Had an issue with a jacket bought just outside the warranty period, I was given a number of options for a replacement, store credit or to get repaired. Communication was excellent and prompt, a perfect experience from start to finish

I purchased a hoody back in November 2025. It had little use when I realised that the waist had bobbled up and a patch on the chest area had some signs of wear. I contacted Musto who replied by return email to say the item was covered by the 2 year warranty and that I could have a replacement or a refund. I replied to say I would take the replacement and asked how to return the faulty item. I was told that there was no need to return it. So I get a new replacement and to keep the faulty one. I LOVE my Helly Hansen rain jacket. In the summer, it's super-packable and can be pulled out if it's raining. In the winter and shoulder seasons, I layer it over a down seater and it is fantastic. Overall, a great company with a great product!

Promptly responded in a polite and respectful manner. They remedied the discrepancy quickly and in a meaningful way.

Purchased a HH ski jacket for my young soon in December. It ripped on the sleeve in March. I contacted HH and after sending some photos and a description they were great! They gave me a store credit in full amount for future use. I am more than pleased with this and will continue to buy from HH!
