Fantastic service. And the benchman ladder has been well used already...what a fantastic product

It’s awesome, I just love it. I’m 6’5” 110kg and the thing is steady as a rock … once you’ve set all three legs correctly. One month in and it’s super ease to use (a bit new-fangled at first, for the uninitiated).

Lovely catalogue, explaining each product and their features. Very useful when deciding which one to buy. Also explains things you would not normally think of.

We use these tripod ladders virtually everyday and we have had no issues at all with them. I know they are not cheap BUT you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. GWS Services. Been using steps/ladders for many years for hedge cutting, took a fall from a (small) set of steps this winter and finally realised how dangerous they can be, so shelled out for the Henchman
Firstly a quick delivery, product quality is immediately obvious, simple to use and to adjust and feels massively safe in use, no comparison with working off a ladder or stepladder, will be using this wherever possible in future

ATP step Ladder is great, and delivery ahead of time, but the free gardening gloves have still not arrived even after being chased.

Delivered on time, carefully packaged and in good order. Tripod ladder is sturdy and works well. A lot better than cutting the hedge ‘hanging off’ a normal ladder

I ordered the 8ft/2.4m Henchman Fully Adjustable PRO Tripod Ladder direct from Henchman. It arrived when it was supposed to and it was well wrapped against scuffs and bangs. I used it today for the first time to trim my Leylandi hedge. Previously I used a very wobbly 6 foot step ladder to cut my 8 to 9 foot hedge (the height differs depending on whether I'm on the garden side or the street side), and the feet had a tendency to sink into the ground. The Henchman is a revelation - I did use a spirit level to make sure nothing was wonky as it's got three legs not four, and then found it a very firm platform with it's wide feet - definitely not wobbly and no sinking. It made trimming the hedge tops a breeze, and for the first time I was working from above (about knee height if I stood on the top rung, but I could work from the second rung down too) so I could cut the hedge a lot straighter. To be honest I probably didn't need the Pro version, but I'm very happy with it nonetheless.

Product ordered 9th may 2026 at the Malvern RHS show . I Didn’t receive any notification from the courier of the delivery day as stated in your order confirmation , and the tracking app link did not work but the courier DX Freight logistics arrived on 14-5-2026 with the ladder when I was not home.fortunately my husband was home sleeping after a night shift with the ambulance service so he took delivery of the ladder.
He has used it today 23-5-2026 to clean our touring caravan and he is extremely pleased with the ladder. It was extremely stable on our slopping driveway.” It Does exactly what it says on the tin” very safe and stable well worth the price and a good quality product.
