I ordered a coat. I understood that I only had a few days to return it if I neede too. I never received the coat or heard from them. I finally called and was told they didn't have the coat and and had located it at another store (I paid for expediated shipping) and my shipping charges would be refunded. I still didn't received the coat, so I called back again and was told the wrong coat came in and they were trying to locate a hood for the coat and that if they didn't find it I would be contacted to see if I wanted the coat without the hood. The. Exit thing I knew my full purchase price was refunded and I still have not been contacted regarding that refund. I went into the store in Hsv and purchased another coat, but I am very disappointed with the online services that I received

Good quality, besides the fact it came late the fur itself is pretty. The only thing I have a problem with is discounts code

The rabbit jacket was nice but to much shedding

This was my second purchase from Henig Furs, completely satisfied with both. My purchases were online; however, the staff was very cooperative and friendly to my questions over the phone prior to making the purchases. First purchase was a jacket, and this time a pair of mink cuffed gloves. In both instances the online description and photos were accurate. My orders were packaged to protect them and shipping was prompt. I am completely satisfied with the products and service of Henig Furs and will certainly consider them when making another fur purchase.

My mink coat is beyond beautiful! So impressed with Henig's customer service and quality. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

This is very beautiful and doesn't shed like the first fox headband I had years ago. The dark brown looks so expensive. I can wear it with fox or mink.

I ordered a coat online. It was shipped promptly. To my disappointment, it was 1 size too small. I called and ended up getting a return label and ordering the same coat. I'm very happy with this company. Would recommend buying from them.

The majority of Americans wearing a medium are a size 6-8. The medium size jacket fit a female standing five feet, weight is 95 lbs. please offer a better understanding of your sizes.

Selection is great but most of all everyone is treated with respect. Our staff works with terminal patients so we are always in striving to meet the needs of our patients/families. It is a challenge and we meet each day striving to provide diginity with end of life care.Hengin’s have provide our staff with “stress relief” when we have a few minuites when not working to looking at their website, keeping each other updated on items, etc. We have ordering everything from gloves, furs, ponchos, outerwear and still drooling. Everything we have ordered exceeded our expectations! We have purchased seveal furs over the years and each time I am more excited than before! I acutually placed a order wrong and made one text and it was handled and with a personal greeting! Now days everyone can sell a product but Hening is “the product!” Personal, professional and family oriented from the time you order to the time you recieve it! I have often told my friends that the people seem to be as excited as I am to recieve it! Now, that is what I call “CLASS” with a capital C! Thank you for allowing us to have some fun and deal with the daily challenge of provide care to our patients and family! Hening’s has the ability to make a purchase special regardless of whether it is a high price item or a pair of gloves on sale! There should be no questions why it has been family owned for generations! I personally would not think of buying from anywhere else!
