Almost impossible to contact them
My problem is that I can't make an online purchase from this company as they include no phone numbers on their web site and insufficient information regarding prospective purchases. To describe the size of a blanket as "one size", without being specific, is less than helpful and makes a purchase impossible. Attempts to contact customer service by email on a Friday morning results in zero response and on the Facebook site too they pay no attention at the weekend. No phone numbers nor postal addresses shown makes them look shady. Quaint and ethnic is fine but efficient and professional is better. A week after them failing to provide me with simple measurements, I made a purchase elsewhere. What dorks!

Great Source for Scottish Gifts
Great source for all things Scottish with respect to apparel, gift items and quality. I have now ordered three times from Heritage of Scotland this year and each time I have been delighted with the selection, the price, and the prompt delivery.

Shocking service
An awful company to deal with, and have resorted to reporting to Trading Standards. They refuse to issue a refund for an undelivered item despite repeated requests and this being a breach of Consumer Law.
Customer service is non existent.

Unfortunately the zip is very difficult to move and sticks. A more expensive zip might work better.

Tartan colours are not always true…
I think the colours on the website are misleading for some of the tartan variants (specifically Buchanan) and the finish on wool in the woven blankets is quite rough but I think these are softening and getting better with use. The blankets are very cosy
