Quality product, good delivery

Very comfortable tee-shirt

having bought my Husband one of these, in a different colour, for Christmas, he was so impressed with it so I bought another in a different colour. The fact it has a zip just makes this jumper a little different and special.

I bought two quidditch kits for my daughters who have a Harry Potter day coming up in school. I thought these would be something different and can be worn again. They arrived parcelled up well, they were on offer and also had additional money off so a great bargain. Arrived quickly too.

Lovely products, quickly delivered.

Bought this scarf for my Dad as he had been telling me about his family's clan. After a quick search of the tartan I ordered the scarf from Heritage of Scotland. It arrived very quickly and seems to be very good quality. I'm sure my Dad will like his unique gift on Father's Day.

After placing an order, the main part of the order, a tee-shirt, was cancelled and refunded which I can only assume is out of order.

I ordered a man’s kilt belt which, to be honest I was chancing a bit on size which was S. the belt is very small and has no chance of fitting my son who is a waist size 30. It would barely have fired a young child.

I also ordered what I thought was The Scottish Joke Book. It was marked down from £13.99. What I received is a kids Activity Book which has a price sticker of £2.99 on it.

I have paid £3.88 for items received, that are not at all like their descriptions and £3.99 for postage, which I thought twice about initially, but really liked the tee-shirt, buying the other items to bump up the order a bit.

When I sent an email about the order, the reply was “go ahead and return your items”. On reading the returns policy it looks like I would pay the postage too. 😡

Needless to say I won’t be ordering from Heritage of Scotland again.

Arrived (in USA) within 7 days! Quality great, very competitive price, would highly recommend.

I purchased the Campbell plaid scarf so I would not have to purchase it on my approaching trip to Ireland. I will have this to remember my trip and not have to pay more for it and pack it when I travel.

tasächlich schöne Ware. aber für einen warenwert von 200€ habe ich mehr als 70€ >Zoll und Co zahlen müssen--- und die rechnung dazu ist so ominös, dass ich dachte es wäre fishing!!

The Scottish Tablet was very good and didn't last long, the Highland cow slippers 3/4 unfortunately didn't fit my gf's size 3 feet but the dog decided she liked them more than her own toys so all in all we are happy

Delivery was 48 Hrs but took 4 working days and more worrying the umbrella is dangerous the folding mechanism is sharp to the touch and the rib ends are sharp enough to take out an eye.
It is unused and unusable I would like to return it

We saw these being advertised, at a reduced price, we hold many different parties here and these are ideal as a fun gift for the lasses. Struggling to keep her Ladyship away from snaffling one, fun product, great value, nice company to do business with.
