Absolutely fantastic service, can't recommend enough.
Absolutely fantastic service! I can't recommend Hern and Crabtree enough. I recently used them to sell my property and the service I received was above and beyond that of other estate agents. They help in achieving the maximum sale price possible for my house. The photography was exceptional which certainly helped in maximising the interest and securing viewings. The service they provide doesn't end there, they attended all of the viewings, and there were a lot, and they really sold the property. The Sales Progression team assisted in getting the sale completion over the line. Hern and Crabtree are more than estate agent and supported us throughout the whole process and we can't thank the team enough.

Great staff who know how to sell
Owen, Jo, Harry and the rest of the staff at Hern and Crabtree are brilliant. They came highly recommended by a neighbour and I’m glad I trusted them with the sale of my house, Owen was so positive about my home and assured me it would sell quickly. The team gave me great advice and were always on hand to offer support and answer my questions. I was going through the process on my own. I felt very reassured. My property looked amazing online and sold really quickly with everything completed within three months. The online platform was easy to use and communication was great. I would highly recommend the Llandaff office of Hern and Crabtree.

There are not enough words to describe…
There are not enough words to describe this incredible estate agency. The service, care, compassion, understanding, efficiency, and an incredible willingness to want to help. I had various problems arise along the way of my sale which were nothing to do with Hern and Crabtree yet they still embraced and got involved to work on these issues on my behalf. But it isn't just their work ethic, these people clearly love what they do and are prepared to think outside the box and go that extra mile to assist their clients. A special mention has to go to Daisy, Natalya, Anna and Mitchell but the entire team are just exceptional. From start to finish, the team were amazing, and I felt truly looked after while selling my house. At the initial meeting with Rhodri, I felt completely in safe hands. He spoke about his team, and after meeting them, I could see why—everyone was incredible and made me feel like I was dealing with friends.
It was an incredibly stressful time due to pressure from other estate agents and the pressures of selling and buying, but Anna was always calm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Natalaya, Mitchell, and Gina were all fantastic, and I cannot thank you enough.
You sold my lovely home so I could begin my dream life in the country, and I will always be truly grateful to you all.

BEST ESTATE AGENT IN CARDIFF
Two years ago my best friend died and left me the executor of his estate. My probate solicitor put me in touch with Hern & Crabtree, Pontcanna. What can I say. They have been AMAZING. Throughout the whole complicated process they have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all kind. So I would not hesitate to recommend them and I give a special shout out to Natalya, Rhodri, Anna and Daisy who have gone above and beyond in helping me. I have again found Adele McMullen and her team at Hern & Crabtree Lettings to be first class in relation to finding a new tenant for an appartment we own.
