Hertz - Boca Raton - North West 13th Street Avaliações 

I originally had scheduled to pick up my car at 5 PM in Boca... not knowing that you closed in Boca at 5 PM and I was 10 minutes late and no one was there. I tried to make alternate arrangements on the App and was told that was to late. I called Hertz and had to educate the representative that I cold pick up at FLL if there wasn't any other options.

When I arrived to pick up the rental car, the attendant informed me that my reservation had been canceled and told me I needed to make a new reservation through the Hertz website. However, when I checked my reservation on Expedia, there was no indication that it had been canceled.

The attendant at the Hertz location on Northwest 13th Street in Boca Raton was rude and unhelpful. He also mentioned that the store would be closing in 30 minutes, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.

I was picking up the vehicle for my cousin, who had plans in Orlando, so the unexpected issue could have seriously disrupted our plans. Fortunately, another attendant arrived and was able to assist us.

I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my reservation was canceled without any notification and why I was instructed to make a new reservation when my Expedia booking did not show a cancellation. I also hope Hertz will address the customer service concerns at this location to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Was able to make a last minute reservation. Only issue was problems extending the car and phone connection took way too long. App to extend was giving an error along with the change over phone. Change over phone wouldn’t connect me to a person and it was difficult finding a number.

I have been charged for tolls when I specifically rejected the toll option and explained to the desk associate (at the pick up) that I would be using my own Sumpass transponder. I will be disputing those charges with my bank.

Staff were professional and made my experience delightful.

Needed last minute rental and they were very accommodating. Staff was so nice and were genuinely happy to help.

Service is less than optimal there. Cars are terrible. No good choices for Presidents members.

The team at your Boca office is great, professional, knowledgeable and always ready to help when their is a problem.

This is a great branch, and off the airports. Much more personal, friendly staff. Carlos, John, Kevin, Eddie. Have some time to talk to them, break the ice. You will see.

The Hertz employee was very friendly and helpful. I forgot his name. But he was great!

They didn’t have the vehicle I rented. They gave me a vehicle with 44000 miles, that smelled so bad that made my wife sick. So we had to drive all the way back to the airport and extra 80 miles round trip to exchange the car there. So we waisted half a day, cost of fuel, and energy, because they didn’t do their job of having the vehicle that was reserved many day prior. Very poor customer service. Their competitors do such a better job, and you can tell based on the numbers from each location in the area.
