Worst experience ever! We recently rented a car from the Buford GA location. We returned the rental on 9/3/26 per the agreement, Natasha accepted keys and stated we would get an email receipt. Three days later we received an automated text alerting us that car return was overdue. I called customer service and was on call for over 30 minutes twice trying to get matters resolved. Took off work and we went to the location on 9/8/26 and Natasha was the only person working she was observed being very rude to the customers, when we finally spoke with her she was rude, she closed out the bill, handed us the receipt and proceeded to walk away, she did not acknowledge her error or apologize, There were customers waiting for a long time. This was the day after a holiday, there should never be only one person working at any location.

Buford Hertz is my home rental location
The last couple times that I’ve gone in Antoinette has been very helpful for getting me what I need. and with the resolving, any issues that I have. her customer service is top-tier. I rent weekly from Hertz so I appreciate the upgrade when feasible
I would say this location is understaffed. You do have to wait a long time for service because these girls are always running out to get the vehicles or assisting someone.

I always have a great experience at the Buford location. The staff is phenomenal in how they handle not only me, but also other customers. Antionette is Awesome! Professional and personable. She is also knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They are usually busy and I watch her handle each customer as if they are the only ones there without making everyone else feel neglected. She really is a jewel for this company! Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained. I will always rent with Hertz, and if I can at this particular location! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend!

Customer service was great. Car didn’t smell of flower which was an absolute plus. I will definitely be renting from them again.
