Although in or about February 2026 I had a horrible experience at this location after renting regularly for more than 10 years. I had to contact the corporate office/President's Circle customer service to resolve the issue. Subsequently, I have had several other rentals which have been successful including the one that I had last week. This location is probably the closest to my home, so I wish they would reopen a downtown location or when in the center city. There are plenty of times where I use a competitor due to the location. I was happy with my contacts and customer service displayed by Matt and Becki.

The computers were not working and we had a problem taking my payment and verifying my rental

Car was ready for us to pick up. Drove a Kia K4. Really liked it!

The staff there was very helpful I didn't have a ride home Matthew gave me a ride and I enjoyed talking to them and joking with them like we're real friends they're always pleasant and smiling.... go 1601 Kemper road

The car was not cleaned, and I had to take it to the car wash and get clean myself. I’m used to driving a clean car.

I did not get any reply mail from the customer service department . It’s regarding my rental car issue

The agent at the Hertz location on E. Kemper Rd. did an awesome job she made me feel so comfortable explaining everything to me and made my experience very smooth and enjoyable. She deserves a big raise kudos to her..

This was my first time renting a vehicle from Hertz for a work trip, and it went extremely well! The car was ready when I arrived, the rental was clean and pleasant to drive on a road trip, and the return process was also simple and convenient. Will definitely be using Hertz again in the future!

Excellent service, clean and great condition vehicle! East checkout and check-in!

Customer service was excellent at the location where I picked up and dropped off the car. The vehicle itself was generally fine and suited my needs. I only drop one star because the tires were in obvious need of rotation, with the tread on the front quite low and the tread on the back almost like new. That made driving on a wet freeway a bit interesting.

Check in and return was exceptionally easy and effecient
