The only reason I’m not giving this…
The only reason I’m not giving this location 5 stars is due to the fact that the computer system is outdated, which makes wait times longer, tougher to resolve issues and definitely is not fair to their employees. The employees at this location were amazing. I worked with both Chris & Isella and they went over and above to help me with my situation. I was in the rental for 19 days, had to keep calling to extend…they always picked up the phone and was quick with my response. I did witness both of these employees problem solve with other customers and I felt they would have had an easier time with better technology! They both handled themselves professionally and with grace. The location needs an upgrade to be more accommodating for both their employees and customers. I give the staff at this location 5 stars…they truly help the customers…but, the technology, ease of employees able to communicate with corporate, vehicle availability, confusing technology online when booking, and the run down of the building is why I gave my review 4 stars. Hertz…you have great employees at this location…do better for them…you don’t want to lose them. Thanks again to Chris &’Isella. But…lack of technology and difficulty getting through to higher management caused me to witness a young couple wait for over 2 hours to pick up their rental! All because they were on vacation from out of the country and the computer system had an issue with their international booking…one they had paid in full before the rental! Over 2 hours! Making other customers and myself wait too! 5 stars to the employees…2 stars for the tech & visual rundown of location. Vehicle was fine. Thanks so much, hope this helps.
