Great car for a good price

Everyone was very helpful and nice during pick and delivery

The car was ready when I arrived and the process was efficient

Battery died, they refused to get me a replacement car. Communication throughout the ordeal was disastrous.

I reserved a car to pick up at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:38 pm and Hertz gave the sedan I reserved away. They gave me another car but made me pay another $20 more or I wouldn't be able to get a car that day as they were about to close. Car was filthy but at this point I had no choice. Deja didn't even do a check of the vehicle with me. She just said "no pets, no smoking" Whick okay of course. I get into the car and touch pad is super gross as if it had never been cleaned and steering wheel sticky. Car wasn't cleaned or gassed up as it only had a 1/4 tank. Clearly they made a last minute change and just dumped this car on me. Then when I returned it they had the audacity to charge me $250 for cleaning and I had done nothing to this vehicle to warrant such a thing. I've called them at least TEN (10) times. The first four (4) calls some guy name Gary kept telling me he'd have manager call me but never did. Every time I call they just hang up on me. Impossible to get a manager on the phone. Entire outfit is sketchy and now I believe to be a bunch of scammers. I've been renting cars from Hertz and others for years and never had a problem before. They are thieves and stealing $250 from me. Yesterday I finally disputed the charges with my credit card.

The young lady helping us was awesome! However, the vehicle was very dirty when we picked it up and had to take it back to get cleaned. This location is placed in an odd place and very small no parking at all.

When I picked up the rental the location was overrun by FIFA trafic and had 43 reservations and 7 vehicles. The young man behind the counter ensured I got mine and it was the perfect vehicle for our trip. This was the best rental I ever had. He understood and entertained every concern I had and when I overslept and brought the vehicle back 6 minutes late even calmed my anxiousness down and let me know it was ok due to a 15 minute grace period. This location did an amazing job.

The Hertz Ross Avenue office is excellent and the team cares about customers!!! Today was another great example as Kenny met me at the door and had me on the road in less than 5 minutes. I continue to use Hertz because of the people in this office that I look forward to seeing. Thank you Hertz
