Well i wasn't greeted with a smile. Just someone who looked like they hated life because they were the only one working. I know its not there fault due to everyone being angry you had no cars for rent. 2nd . this is the 2nd time i have rented a car and been given an SUV. I am 5 11. SUV are not for me. I hit my head every time i got in an out. I pre paid 10 or more days in advance for a premium car. An yet again you gave me a box. 3rd. I know you got a lot of overhead. but why should i have to get into a car an do the updates on the screen. just to listen to the radio. 4th. please work some kind of agreement up with XM SIRIUS to allow customers to pre pay to use their service. to have some kind of code you can enter for a 3 or 5 day use. 5 . the maps section should come on automatically on the screen. Not me having to try an figure out how to do it or my passengers .
