Ease of getting the car and starting our vacation as welll as the turn in process. Great communication throughout the rental.

I am a Gold member. The car I requested was not noted and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the vehicle to be located. In the meantime, the board outside indicated that my vehicle was in space #48, but there was no vehicle in that space. The correct vehicle was finally brought to the front. We received no instructions how to lower the back seats to fit our luggage and had to search for assistance. The windshield was filthy inside and out which made it difficult to see, especially at night.

Car chosen was not available and prepaid gas option was not the same even though I confirmed with the attendant it would be. I would’ve declined the prepaid gas had I known the price difference.

Trying to charge me 250 dollars for dog hair. 250!!!!!
No notice it is even a problem and certainly no more than 5 minutes of vacuum which I assume you are doing anyway

Easy pickup. Even easier drop off.

Pre-assigned car slot at vehicle pick-up location was super great business model. Vehicle drop-off was hassle free. Only negative was driver side sliding door handle of our minivan was completely covered in bird poop, requiring a trip the car wash making that door unusable until cleaned.

Everything was great! Great selection of cars that are clean and well maintained!

Pricing should show the all in costs. While seemimgly haft of the cost are fees imposed by others. Insurance seems especially high. This fees are probably beyond Hertz control. however, hertz can be more price transparent.

I have become a regular with renting trucks from Hertz and it has always been a great experience

Car was clean and what I reserved. Pick up and drop off were seamless

I am not a "car" person, so didn't know a Volvo is SO special that I had to go into the office, wait in line, only to re-show my license and have my credit card scanned again...even though both are in the system prior to my arrival. Then, on my return, the man guiding cars into the lines, was rude and arrogant. I didn't need that attitude trying to drop that car off.

Veryquick and easy. Touchless is the way to go in this busy world. Car was clean, and ready.
