**Outstanding Review for Cynthia Moreno – Hertz Car Rental**
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cynthia Moreno at Hertz, and she truly set a new standard for what exceptional customer service looks like.
From the moment I arrived, Cynthia greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and immediately made me feel valued. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as she walked me through every option, ensuring I got the perfect vehicle for my needs without any pressure. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond — she anticipated questions I hadn’t even thought to ask, explained the rental process clearly, and handled every detail with efficiency and care.
Cynthia’s positive energy and attention to detail turned what is usually a routine transaction into a genuinely pleasant experience. She made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such strong product knowledge with real kindness and a customer-first attitude.
If every Hertz employee were like Cynthia Moreno, the company would have a permanent competitive advantage. She is a true credit to the Hertz team and a shining example of outstanding service. I would not hesitate to request her specifically on future rentals and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless, friendly, and professional car rental experience.
Thank you, Cynthia — you made a lasting impression!

Cynthia Moreno was Amazing!
Solution focused, good listener, took time with pictures- verifying that experience in pick up and drop off was detail oriented. I felt so comfortable knowing that she had documented- I did not need to get my own pics to prove that vehicle had identified scratches and was clean.
