Easy to walk in and had to car ready and made it simple and not expensive!

I booked an SUV, I showed 3 hours later to pick it up and the original one was no longer available buy they gave me the new Hybrid RAV4, it was great for my long road trip! New, comfortable, roomier, fuel economy, great performance, all great! When I returned it I forgot the sunglasses in the car, a week after I went to check and they had them in the lost and found. So thankful for all the great service, nice, friendly and honest staff, very affordable price. I appreciate everyone at this location! THANK YOU !!!

Customer Service was good. I was disappointed that they did not give me 2 options to chose from, vehicle wise.

They gave me a tiny vehicle and refuse to give me a credit for the difference. I’m going to file a small claims court case against them.

The car wasn’t clean and I was charged incorrectly

I’ve used this Hertz location several times, and although I had some frustrating experiences in the past, I have to give credit where it’s due. They have improved tremendously. The service feels much more organized, professional, and customer-focused now, and I truly appreciate the difference. It’s nice to see a location listen, improve, and make the customer experience better.

Easy pick up and friendly service. The car was clean, but smelled like cigarettes. Staff offered to spray the car, but I was in a hurry and declined.

The car was in good condition. However, it was not fully cleaned.

The issue is that the car was so dirty from the outside when I picked up and it was hard to see if there's any scratches on the body. I also did not feel it was an upgrade to what I originally booked as the agent had stated.

Requested a half ton truck and only thing available was full ton. Drove for thirty miles over two hours and returned. To get into mid sized SUV was $150 more so I declined. Instead of charging me a single day’s rental, which would have been fair, THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK! I put thirty miles on and had for two hours, they weren’t able to put me into something comparable, and charged me a week’s rental. I’m in their President’s Club and have worked with them almost exclusively for 25 years, so surprised how I was treated.
