Fast, friendly and helpful people, and the vehicle I rented was great! I will definitely use Greeley Hertz next time I need a vehicle rental!

Customer service is very good
Customer service is very good. My only complaint is with the last vehicle, I had to pump air into one of the tires right after pick up. Otherwise, so far things have been clean and in good working order.

Please do your part. Respect their time and limitations. State your needs clearly. Be reasonable with what you want. Be flexible; you are not the only person they are trying to serve.

Pick up experience could have gone better
After checking in to pick up my vehicle, I was handed the keys and told to look for it in the parking lot. I'm used to having the vehicle out front, air conditioner on (as it was 100 degrees that day) and waiting for me.
