Always a great experience using hertz. Always great customer service great quality and vehicles great pricing and just overall and amazing experience will definitely recommend using them.

Outstanding Customer Service at the Philips Highway Hertz
I had an excellent experience renting from the Hertz location on Philips Highway in Jacksonville. The biggest reason was the outstanding customer service I received from Branch Manager Chavell Walker.
Chavell was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best rental option for my needs. She took the time to answer my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that providing a great customer experience was a priority.
The vehicle was clean, ready when promised, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. Experiences like this are why I continue to choose Hertz.
One suggestion for the future would be to continue expanding the availability of electric vehicles. I specifically look for EVs when I rent, and having more electric options available for longer rentals would make an already great experience even better.
I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend it to others.
