The car smelled like weed when I picked it up. I told the attendant and he went outside to confirm, which he did. He said he would make a note in the system that the car smelled when it was picked up. When I returned the car, I asked the attendant if there was a note about the smell to which he said no. Luckily he decided to believe me despite the snarky attitude about it. You also can't park a personal vehicle at this location which did not seem to be mentioned anywhere when I made the reservation.

I was never asked about plate pass and was charged an all inclusive fee which was wrong and deceptive and will be reported.

Good service, polite folks that remember my name.

Do yourself a favor and do not rent from here. They will waste your time, take your money, and no cars are ever available. Called multiple times to confirm my cars availability just to drive 45 minutes and not one car be available. Johnathan likes to ignore customers that are waiting and instead help his buddies first so they can get a car before someone that reserved it prepaid. Surprised this location is still open for business. Take your money elsewhere.

John, the manager is always very professional and helpful and provides great customer service! The car was ready on time, clean and overall it was a great experience!

When I picked up the car it had not been cleaned and I was told that I would be given a $30 credit. However when I returned the car there was no record of the credit so I did not receive it.

Fast service, clean cars, no hassle. Basically everything you want when renting a car. Far better experience than most car rental places.

Hard to talk to a person.

The car was dirty not ready while the 2 workers were doing nothing. The gas was empty.
