This location is extremely slow
This location is extremely slow. I was there to return my rental and waiting in line for half an hour is not acceptable. There were 2 clerks and 4 of us total in the office. Two were at the desk being helped, while 2 of us were waiting. All of us were talking about how slow they were and expressed our opinion on never renting from that location again.

Hertz Car Rentals - Lakewood
Hertz Lakewood is my go-to location for car rentals. This particular experience was one of the easiest I have had. I had a rental for 11am on a Tuesday. I was greeted immediately upon entering and waved over to one of the available agents. I provided my information, I was able to add an extra day to my rental, and had keys in hand in less than 10 minutes total. The return was just as quick. They took my keys, did a quick check of the car, and within 3 minutes, I was out the door with my receipt. Very fast and friendly service.

Outstanding
Both representatives during pickup and drop-off offered amazing customer service! They made the rental process hassle free and it was honestly very easy going for my first time renting a vehicle. I will mention that it is important to call ahead and check inventory to make sure they have the vehicle type you need. Thanks again!
