The team was clearly overwhelmed and working overtime in the aftermath of Lowell. What wonderful Aloha they all displayed.

The car is ready for us as soon as we arrived and the staff were friendly.

Staff was helpful, correcting an incorrect option on my rental.

Arrived, name was on the board with vehicle location. Keys were in the vehicle and it was ready to go. I had to reduce the number of days for my rental. Walked up to the desk and they made the changes immediately. Very good/easy : )

We have a very happy experience over the years with Kauai HERTZ. Typically we pick up our vehicle in a VIP line ready to go and everything is perfect. This year we had to wait out in the humidity for our vehicle for awhile (don't know why we could not line up in the air conditioned office) and it had an ANT infestation and was not cleaned well, but we kept it for 2 weeks and worked through it including cleaning it ourselves. I love it when I pre-arrange and pick it up from VIP parking, but a faster line is also appreciated.

We were unable to top off our tank because of the approaching hurricane. The gas lines were so long if we had waited we likely would have missed our cruise departure time. Hertz did not give us any hassle at all and told us 'not to worry about it'.

Fuel charges when I turn in cars that have a full tank. It’s a simple check full is full regardless of receipt

Check in and pickup process was very slow and disorganized. I was supposed to be able to bypass the line and just pick up my vehicle, but my name was not assigned to a car and no one at the desk knew why. As a result I waited about 30 minutes in line after trying to figure out why my car wasn't assigned to me for about 15 minutes, and had to change my plans that day as a result.

Quick and easy pickup and drop off.

Car was ready and waiting, it was clean and I didn't have any issues. Upgraded to SUV from midsize as expected based on my Hertz status.

Vehicle seemed to be well maintained.

Not on the Gold board and Overcharged. I am Hertz Gold Presidents Circle. I checked in online in advance but when I arrived I was not on the Gold board and instructed to wait in line. Upon returning the vehicle at 3:30pm, 30 minutes before my scheduled return time, they scanned the vehicle and said I was good to go. They did not officially check in the vehicle until the following day at 10:34am and charged me for an extra day. I called Hertz customer service and they are supposed to be refunding me.

It was quick and easy picking up the car and dropping it off.

Friendly service, great car selection, easy to reserve car, pickup and drop off were easy, good location

Kauai is the best. Always a pleasure.
