Hertz cancelled my reservation 1 hour…
Hertz cancelled my reservation 1 hour before I was scheduled to pick up the car. Reservation was made 1 month in advance and confirmed. There offered no remedy or consideration for the cancelation. I had to scramble and find a vehicle with another provider in order to make my destination.

The staff at this Hertz Exceptional
The staff at this Hertz Exceptional! I did not wait, I was immediately greeted and assisted by a friendly female clerk during check-in, and received the same service from a male clerk during check-out. What was most impressive was the fast service. They found my reservation quickly, gave me ready/best options it was hard to decide, and got me in and out quick. I love great customer service, but they were "one service step ahead of the customer"!
