So I returned the vehicle full of gas from Luke oil in Merrillville, in total 63.35.Then I was charged for 14 gallons at 10.99 a gallon. I have contacted the place where I picked up the car and she said she would take care of the over payment. It has been over a month and she still has not reverse the charges. So I filled the car up and got charged for a total of 217.21 which is the gas I bought for 63.35 and the extra charge of 153.86. What can I do to get my 153.86 reversed? The site manager is not retuning my money in a timely fashion. I have rented a lot of cars and trucks over the years and have never had this kind of experience.

The car we ordered days in advance to accommodate our large party reeked of marajuana. The store we picked it up at claimed the store they received it from claimed it was clean. The police K-9 unit had to been called and the k-9 hit on the car. We had to wait over 2 hours to get the car.
