Fuel tank in vehicle was mostly empty .
This was not told before I went to get car and had to come all the way back from garages.
The contract said it had 100% fuel which was clearly false and a lie.
It has approx 5% fuel..
And they charge $10 if you bring back without same as left so they charged some one for bring back empty the I was the one that had to fill it
The nearest gas station was not available to then refuelling so had to drive to another just to leave town
Also fwd sensor was not working and had to be overrides every time

This time was different. The process was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. Because of that, I had a great experience and would gladly rent from Hertz again.
