Fast, Easy, and Fair
The reservation was a little off key with corporate promising us a minivan that had fold down seats and the location only ever having a minivan that did not have that same facility, but we made do. The location and personnel were right on top of our check in and made up with speed and courtesy for corporate's failure. To be fair, this is the first time that corporate has disappointed and we will keep booking with Hertz for the foreseeable future. Their service is the best and the delivery is the fastest.
