Hertz - Providence - Silver Spring Street Avaliações 

The AI bot changed my drop off location when i expressly stated i did not want it changed, and i got charged. My corporate discount was difficult to get (i eventually did not use it because of time)

It was a good ride

I have had no issues so far with renting from Hertz, they are busy at this location and maybe a little understaffed, but they try their best they can with what they have for personnel, the guys here do try to get you out of there fast so you're not waiting long. Overall a good experience picking up and dropping of the rental.

DO NOT rent a car from Hertz especially the Providence, Silver Spring Street location in the US. We booked and paid online, but when we arrived we were told the car wasn't even there. The manager John made us wait 45 minutes while he collected one, then claimed we hadn't paid despite us showing multiple proofs of payment. It took my partner over 3 hours on the phone with Hertz before the issue was finally resolved. To make matters worse, the car was only half charged after we asked the manager to ensure it was fully charged this delayed our journey even further. The customer service was unhelpful and disorganised from start to finish, and we've now been told we'll have to wait 28 days for our deposit to be returned. This was by far the worst car rental experience we've ever had. Save yourself the time and money and rent elsewhere.
