Hertz - Rochester Hills - S Rochester Road Avaliações 

I have been using this Hertz location for over 10 years. When I arrived the agent challenged me(not asked) that I prove where I work to use my CDP number. There was no advance email or contact that this was as required. I had nothing with me for this requirement and I was charged the regular rate costing me some 35% more for my rental. When I challenged this request by asking Why, I was met with a belligerent response first. It was only when I questioned what I needed that I got a somewhat softer response. I can pick where I get a car from, this was unacceptable customer service!

I was charged for gas I did not use.
The representative did not leave his sit to inspect the card
The representative on site told me that the gas tank was full when I picked up the car. He did not inspect the car with me. The tank was half-fulI when I picked up the car. I brought it back more than half-full. Another representative said it was 3/4 full.
They all are blaming me, the customer, for not letting them know that the tank was not full at picked up time.
The car was driven by my spouse when we returned it. she parked the car in front of the office behind another car that was being inspected at the time by the same representative. The representative showed a parking spot far away front the front office, disrespectfully telling her that if she does not park the car at that specific spot, he is not going to take back the car keys.
I have to drive the car to that spot to please that disrespectful agent.

I liked how clean the ride was but the process to actually procure the ride was a different story which wasnt necessary the employees fault but I didnt have a very good experience in that regard having to pay 500 down is alot especially when I still haven't gotten it back yet took me atleast 2 hours past the time to get the ride because of juat random issues like I couldn't use my credit card or my other debit cards wouldnt work when I had the money but im mainly upset I havent got my deposit yet

I rented for 7 days which was 500.45 i returned early only 4 days and was charged $439.90 they took $60 off a early return ! Sorry but i feel like i got ripped off also i was supposed to get a jeep and it was not ready at the time i was supposed to get to pick it up so i ended up with a Hyandai not happy!

Car was dirty inside and out. I had to wipe own the interior myself and had to get a car wash at the local car wash. Crumbs are in every section and car smells like weed.

overall experience has been ok.
issues/concerns:
1. limited vehicle availability and vehicles are lower tan base (fleet models)
2. poor customer service.
