Horrible customer service. Friday before labor day and one person working. My reservation was for 10:00 am, didn't get my car until 11:30 am. I should have been given a credit for an hour and a half. When I tried to extend an hour it wanted to charge $42. When I returned the car the next Friday morning, there were 3 people working, all rude. Nobody acknowledged me. Rude people.

We kept the car 4 hours past our scheduled return time (2 hours past the rolling 24 hour rental). It was a Saturday and they had closed at noon - who closes a rental car operation at noon on a rental day?! And as fate would have it they were closed the next day (Sunday). There was no key return for after hours (they are apparently closing this location in a few weeks) or ability to time stamp your return.
I left the car at the rental location and returned Monday to give them the keys. They charged me for 2 extra days plus late charges. The lad who checked me in that Monday morning showed no empathy for our situation and was brusk and dismissive. Even with the dealership service manager vouching for me (the Hertz office is inside a car dealership service dept), he was unseating. I have no recourse but to “vote with my feet” - I’ll not rent from Hertz again.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal! The team is always so nice and friendly! The young lady always accommodates us with the best vehicle possible for our needs! Like I said, the team here really looks out for us!

The young man was awesome, he made sure my car was ready, clean, and he was very professional.

I was satisfied with my rental and the level of customer service I received.

They have been pleasant both times we have gone.

i booked a rental in advance thru AAA, my pick up time was 10:00am when arriving the agent explained to me that they could not honor the rental due to AAA discount price. she said there was no cars available in that size and refused to upgrade my rental.This incident cost me money and time. AAA had to call another location and charter me ride just to be told at the new location that they should have upgraded my rental if the original vehicle wasn’t available. The location in Mesquite texas need to be retrained.😡
