Great service. Fast and easy to pickup and drop off. Staff very understanding and cooperative.

I had a car booked but was given a different car. We had to wait for awhile to get to the counter and then it took another 30 minutes. Then she sent me down to the parking garage where I waited again. It took me about an hour and a half to pick up my car that should have taken me about 15 minutes because it was booked in June.

Prompt and smooth pick-up. Easy key dropbox drop-off. Very simple to extend our rental online each week as we searched for a car to buy.

Quick and friendly service

Pros: car rental place was very close to our hotel. (downtown Salt Lake City) The person who was helping us was helpful. The car itself was very clean and comfortable. Drop off was very smooth at SLC airport.
Cons: the car that we originally ranted was not available when I went there. Instead of Sedan we were offer Minivan. Since I did not want Minivan I had to pay extra 40 dollars to upgrade to SUV.

Hertz was great to work with. They were quick to get us a car. They made the process easy.

Josh has always made renting at Hertz a very seamless process. He is very helpful and always keeps his customers happy!

There were two problems. Most concerning was that the blind spot indicator of side mirrors did not indicate presence of a vehicle at night it's nice to have that safety feature. Also the cleaning did not include the storage compartments that opened up.

They charged me 36.27 dollars for less than a quarter of a tank of gas, they also had me waiting for about an hour, just to return the rental, then changed me an extra hour for the time they had me waiting for.

I rented a truck from them and it was damaged upon pickup. I indicated the damages to the person who was helping us and they said "oh yea we know about those, dont worry about it"

I decided to tape a video of all the damages while in their parking lot anyway just in case and I'm glad I did because about 10 days later they sent an email with all those previous damages claiming I had done them.
