Bait and Switch!1
Resrvd Psngr Van 2 weeks in advance. Recvd Confrmtn Txt "2" days b4 p/up. With pic of the van I had resrvd. Arrived aftr 3 hour drive. Half hour b4 they closed - Just to be told - Ooops!! Sry No Van!! But, here's a Oversized Gas Guzzling Yukon for you. Drove "4" miles and Returned it 2 hours later. Dropped key in Drop Box. And then they Charged me for "2" Days!!

Rental reservation and confirmation don’t mean a thing!
Made reservation well in advance for a minivan, got confirmation and even paid a deposit, but when picking up the vehicle, we were told only SUVs available. The huge behemoth drives like a boat and we were forced to pay dearly for gas at over $6 per gallon for this gas guzzler. Worst of all, our 87-year-old parents (one needs cane, the other needs wheelchair) really struggled to get on and off this tall SUV. Worst car rental experience ever!

Hertz was absolutely the easiest place to rent a car! I usually have to wait and wait. And sign and sign. Hertz was literally simply identify myself, sign and get my keys!

Everything was great!
Everything was great, from the customer service to the condition of the car. The representative at the counter noticed on my license that my birthday was the following day and wished me a happy birthday. The car was practically brand new with just over 11k miles. It was a very reasonable price for a luxury suv. At the end I was charged exactly what I was quoted, no hidden or additional fees. I had a very pleasant and positive experience and will be a returning customer.
