Saved me money but...
Well I was a little disappointed at first because the gentleman helping me at pickup changed my reservation to a more expensive rate for the car and lowered my coverage. It saved me money in the long run but I really wanted the full coverage because I was going to a crazy driver enviroment. It turned ok and I was satisfied overall.

Quick Save and Friendly Staff
We reserved a minivan for our family trip and when we went to pick it up there was an issue from the previous drop off. The staff worked with us and we very quickly came up with a solution . I also had to extend my rental period due to an emergency on that trip and it was smooth and they were attentive when I returned the car. I love this location and have never been disappointed.

Employees were kind but that's not enough for a 5!
Employees were kind, efficient and polite. Unfortunately I left some items in the car upon return. When I called about a garage door opener that I left in the car, they did not mention that I had also left some items in the trunk. It was not until the next day that I realized I'd left the items in the trunk. I never did get the garage door opener back. I do realize it was my responsibility to check the car, I think it was also the responsibility of someone who was getting PAID to do it.
