I did not get the car I rented
I did not get the car I rented. I wanted to test our the Niro. The alternatives were all dirty. They did not open until 8:00 AM. Very inconvenient. They washed the car on the outside and left it wet. The inside was totally dirty as was the windshield. Then the brakes or alignment was off and as I drove the car shook when I applied the brakes on a hill. I took the car to Hertz and exchanged it. That took several hours of my one day to spend in my destination. They were very nice and gave me a new rental.

Best experience ever, of many
Incredibly fast, polite, personable, and clear. Needed a car to get back to SFO airport following a client meeting in Walnut Creek. I was in and out in no time, with a lovely representative quickly but carefully walking through the charges, terms, and offers (gas refill policy, drop location, insurance, damage inspection, etc.). Very short walk to the car, maybe 50 feet. Very clean and ready to go. Popped right out of the lot and was on my way. Also very competitively priced (on Expedia). Honestly, the best rental experience ever.
