Major umbrella mishandling
They send you an email about important things with no mention to umbrellas. Then after they scan your ticket, they take your umbrella, saying it is forbidden. They tell you that they will keep it safe. Fair. You believe them, give your umbrella which costs over 60 euros to their trust. When you go to take your umbrella on your way out, it is not there. I wouldn’t have gone in if I knew they were going to throw my umbrella (or give it to someone else). When you mention this to their employees, they offer you to take another umbrella that is on the table. Why? That’s not mine. Why are you giving their umbrella to me? What did you do with my umbrella? Serious mishandling, bad communication, and losing something that they told me that they would keep safe, on top of that, offering me someone else’s property. I will take legal action.
