Bought two ribeyes
Bought two ribeyes, pan cooked them the next day. They were patted dry before the pan. End result was a boiled flavor, stale, metallic, typical of meat sitting in its liquids in vacuum bags. To avoid, always buy directly at the store.

As always, the meat was delicious when cooked. The recipes provided are really useful. I’m able to produce restaurant-quality food at home. HG Walter delivers quality meat time and time again. I’ve already placed my next order.

Consistently the best meat I hae eaten.
Consistently the best meat I have bought. Recently Wagyu Ribeye which is my 2nd order, literally the best steak I've ever had.

I still, after many years, have not found a better meat provider in London
Delicious meat, I'm a big fan of Wagyu Wednesdays but it's not only about Wagyu. I now miss HGW even when I am in France and I am a big meat lover who usually knows the good places in my home country. Congrats and thank you!

Veal fillet 150 gr used to be two very fine fillet in one package. Now it is one big almost thick wich is not that perfect if bread crumped.
