I've had my bathroom refurbished by them last year and the kitchen a few weeks ago. The best words to describe HHI would be reliable, honest and punctual. They have also
always stuck with the quoted fees and the work was done as planned. Also they all cleaned up after the work was done. Apart from all that, each and every HHI person or trades person working for them has been friendly and easy to talk to.
Honestly, I've dealt with other trades people in Belfast and to me HHI are clearly the best option for refurb projects. I'll come back for sure :)

From the planning stage to completion and beyond of turning my bathroom into a wet room, I was dealt with in a pleasant and professional way by Nicole Baxter at HHI Newtownabbey. Nothing was ever a hassle or problem to her, or if it was, I never heard about it. First class job by first class staff and workmen.

From my first visit to the showroom to the final day of my installation, the HHI team excelled in delivering excellent customer service! The range and style of products is superb, but what really makes the difference is the HHI team. Emily, Joanne, Peter,Garry and Gavin provided great advice and transformed my shower room far beyond my expectations. I hadn’t realised that a relatively small space could be so stylish yet practical. I’m now planning to refurbish my bathroom and I will certainly go to HHI. Highly recommended!

I’ve used HHI before for my soffits and fascia, and their work was second to none, so it was a no-brainer to go back to them again. This time, I had all the windows in my house replaced (6 in total), and once again, I was blown away by the quality and professionalism of the team.

Mark and his colleague were incredibly efficient, completing the entire job in just one day (from 8am -6pm) which was seriously impressive! Not only was the installation flawless, but they also left the place spotless, both inside and out.

What really stood out to me was the care they took when fitting the windows, there was no damage at all to the surrounding walls or tiles, which I was especially grateful for. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is exactly why I’ll continue to recommend HHI to all my family, friends, and neighbours.

We did a diy project with the ultra cladding so easy to work with we are no diy experts but these panels made the job so easy can i give a massive shout to your staff in lisburn they were fantastic from phone call from myself to collection

Just had my bathroom completed yesterday, delighted with the result. All tradesmen were excellent, a big thanks to John the electrician, Brodie the panel fitter and Matt the plumber. Job was completed in 5 working days.
I would highly recommend using HHI for bathroom refit. Everything supplied is of a high quality. Finally a big thank you to Michael in the Lisburn showroom for all his advice and design of our new bathroom. Michael is a world of knowledge and was a great help in selection of panels, flooring and layout. I would advise ringing in advance to book appointment.

Just like to thank the entire HHI team for all their help during our recent house refurbishment. We used them for Bathroom, Kitchen and exterior Windows & Doors.
For the Bathroom Nicole & Joanne were a great help with suggestions and final design and Gavin for the professional fitting.
The Windows & Doors were sorted by Darren who done the survey and Phil who done all the fitting.
The Kitchen was designed by Stephen and Joanne and fitted by Brodie & Vic.
There were a few snags along the way but dealt with quickly and without any fuss all under the watchful eye of Gary.
I have no hesitation in recommending HHI for any home improvement work you may require.

When I was picking my bathroom suite all the salesmen and reception staff were so helpful. Any questions they were able to answer and give the best advice. Didn’t feel like a customer these people treated you more as a friend. And after sales they were all good and definitely would recommend them. Gareth one of the sales men was brilliant give good information and put me through to the right people. Joanne did the design and working very close to get everything I wanted in place. The fitters and spark was brilliant took care off your property and all floors well covered. I am really pleased with everything they have done. And with the understanding and patience the turned my bathroom into something you can dream of. Would also like to thank Donna for all her help right through to the end. HHI have amazing thoughts and hope others will see this for themselves.

Recently got new windows and front composite door installed by HHI. From start to finish the whole process was seamless, from the design through to installation, it was handled efficiently and professionally and brilliant value for money.

We asked a number of companies to tender for work to our home and HHI was by far the most competitive. Once we had placed the contract, Mr Poots from HHI assisted us through a number of ancillary issues associated with the proposed works and helped us identify solutions. The installation was of a similarly high standard. A first class service overall and highly recommended!

Belsize Park 2024. From the initial expertise of Gareth who brought us through the choosing of doors,windows sills for our new home, to the fitting of everything. Our home looks fantastic. The aftercare has also been excellent. Work was ongoing for a few weeks and the stand of cleanliness was great

I recently had HHI Lisburn put a new kitchen in for me, must say Neil who from the beginning to end helped to make the most gorgeous transition to my kitchen, I’m really pleased with all the process even when there was a few hiccups it was all rectified and sorted.

We recently had PVC windows and doors supplied by HHI and fitter by their expert fitter, Stephen Hamilton. I highly recommend Stephen. His work is excellent and he is very particular about the standard of work he provides.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation through the Coleraine branch of HHI and could not recommend this service enough.
We met with Jen (who is excellent at her job) and after giving her a brief description of what we wanted, she took her time to show and talk us through the different options available. Jen came out to our home, did some measurements and offer some ideas about kitchen layout. A few days later we had a quotation and mock up images as to how things could look.
Everything was a seamless process, from placing the order for the kitchen through to installation. Having a team come in and take care of all the work takes the stress out of trying to find individual trades.
All the trades were excellent and the work was done to a very high standard.
Sophie was in contact once the surveyor had completed his work, order was placed and emailed us a detailed work schedule with a start date. Communication was fantastic, Jen and Sophie were available at all times for any queries and responded promptly.
If thinking of a new kitchen or full kitchen renovation, I can highly recommend HHI.

Firstly I personally want to thank Joanne and Andrew for the outstanding works carried out and fitting us in sharpish considering the waiting list that can occur.

Firstly Joanne came out to view and survey the bathroom that was in real need of a upgrade and new design, even the very bathroom floor was basically near rotten. So polite and understanding and explained the wait on bathroom refit.

The kitchen was the other area badly needed a makeover due to previous works commenced previous years. Liam was another member of the team who came out to do the survery and again listened and instructed to call that evening to view the plans , which was impressive.

We made arrangement to go up to view the new kitchen plans and also saw bathroom items prior to that and was just everything to spec and more!

Some lovely items both within budget and also of course outside budget. I had to respect both Nicole and Liam for not being pushy and trying to help pick what was nice but not super expensive but more so practical for the kitchen and bathroom space.

From sign off on plans and items they kept us in regular communication on due date of works commencing to fitters to items arriving. What I liked was the timeframes for each day and the fitter that day / area of work to be covered and adhering to that process.

Kitchen refit was the first thing to commence and on the first day one of the workmen Victor was excellent, again very polite and had our old kitchen took out really quick. Not to go into full timeframes but the rest of the workers from plumbers to joiners to kitchen fitter where quick, clean, very friendly and respectful towards our property.

I want to personally thank Victor, Robert, Gerard and Andy for their excellent workmanship.

Onto the Bathroom... We got a call before expected due date and was amazed to get it started sooner. Couldn't thank the workmen yet again just getting into doing the job and even laying basically new wood under flooring seeing condition it was previously in to the electrician going out of his way also. David was an absolute gentleman along with rest of the work men. Everything was also smooth from timelines to sign of to payment.

When finalising payment at the showroom Glengormley, Antrim Road, Receptionist Carolyn as well as Jackie where so helpful and friendly.

I will definitely be back in the near future for other items. Thank you again for making my house a home again.

Went with my family to showroom in Lisburn looking for new composite front and back doors and dry verge for my home. No-one was there to help but they made an appointment for a sales rep to call at 3:30 the following Wednesday. Received a phone call at 4:00 to say that he would be there in 10 minutes ( no apology ) I explained I would be out briefly. Although I waited at home for him for 30 minutes he couldn’t wait 2 minutes for me. A brouchure left at my back door. He phoned me at 5:30 to say he would give me a quote if I picked out what I wanted, he had been held up at another call and needed home to let his wife go to work. Surely he knew he would be late to me before 3:30 and could have called. I was surprised he even had time to measure all that I wanted before rushing away. Hhi obviously value the time of their staff more than my time - I shall get my doors etc from someone else who values my time.
