As soon as the request was sent to my local centre in Exeter, an audiologist was found who could fit in a visit to my home and he arrived within two hours. The problem was immediately identified and dealt with. I was so impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the attention I received. My hearing is now restored. Thank you very much.

I had a check up appointment today at Hidden Hearing in Exeter branch.
A lovely welcome from alison the receptionist and a welcome cup of coffee . The office so clean and modern.
The dispenser Emma Rooms gave me a thorough MOT of my ears and explained everything very clearly.She adjusted my hearing aids and made another appointment for check up next year. I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing in Exeter. No sales pressure at all. You won't be disappointed by the informative appointment and thorough check up of your ears.

Emma Rooms in Exeter was a delight. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I love my hearing aids and they make all the difference to my life.

Nearly cancelled my follow-up appt as I thought my newly fitted hearing aids were doing ok and I’d be wasting my time and hers. But Emma Rooms was absolutely brilliant. She listened, took the time to adjust the fit, fine tuned the prescription, and gave me another setting. So glad I went, they are functioning so much better than before. Top woman, highly recommended.

I visited Hidden Hearing for a microsuction. They were fabulous. The secretary explained everything I had to do beforehand, and Suzanne (who removed the wax) was extremely helpful, doing a careful and thorough job and answering all of my questions. An excellent service (my first of this kind) and one I would highly recommend.

Rosie , updated my hearing aids as necessary.. added some more functions and clearly explained everything. All done with a professional , friendly and caring manner , which put me totally at ease.
