Excellent service and personal touch at the new Audika Hearing store in Cowick Street, Exeter. Been hard of hearing for many years and consultant Emma Rooms explained everything and adjusted my hearing aids to perfection.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to be looked after with hearing problems.

I am a client of Audika, 88 Fore Street, Exeter - previously Amplifon. I lost one of my hearing aids and needed speedy help. Audika gave me an appointment that same day and could not have been more helpful. The lady I saw gave me so much good advice and explained all my options. My final choice of new aids were available to me two days later and the follow up has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their hearing.

Emma was just so helpful, Smiley and welcoming and really put me at ease. Genuinely keen to help and very kind. customer care and knowledge excellent, and very patent.The receptionist - [sorry missed her name] also very helpful, and welcoming.

Excellent service very impressed. I visited the Exeter Audika today and was looked after by Suzanne who was very professional and reassuring. She explained the process of using microsuction beforehand and it all went very smoothly with no problems. I will go back next time I need it, Audika is definitely the best. I would like to thank Audika and Emma in the Cowick Street Exeter branch, for giving my dad his hearing back at the age of 91, it has been absolutely transformative, we did not realise how bad dad’s hearing was until he was being assessed, dad had become so withdrawn not just in large gatherings but also with one to one conversation’s, he has had what we thought was very good hearing aids but they did not work, Emma was so thorough and thoughtful, cannot thank her enough for giving my dad back to us, dad said he feel’s as if he has the hearing of when he was in his thirties.

My experience was wonderful. I have never experienced anything like it. The instructions were clear and the demonstrations were so clear and I could follow everything. I am really thrilled with my new Aid

I had an initial telephone consultation with Emma, the audiologist in Exeter, to discuss my hearing difficulties and establish whether they could be related to a wax build-up or possible hearing damage.

Following the conversation, I’m now booked in next week for a full hearing assessment and consultation. I feel much more reassured having been able to speak with Emma beforehand, as she took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I’ve been experiencing.

I felt genuinely listened to and supported during the call, which has given me much more confidence and reassurance ahead of my appointment. I’m now feeling hopeful about getting some answers and finding the right way forward.

I can’t recommend Emma at Audika in Exeter highly enough. The care and support I have received has been exceptional.

Because radiotherapy can affect my hearing, Emma has arranged regular six-monthly checks so that any changes can be monitored closely. That gives me a great deal of reassurance, especially during what has been a difficult time.

What really stands out is the kindness, understanding and compassion she shows. Emma takes the time to listen, understand my circumstances and make sure I feel fully supported.

I’m incredibly grateful for the professionalism and personal care I’ve received and would wholeheartedly recommend Emma to anyone looking for an audiologist who genuinely goes the extra mile.

I refer to LUIGINA Del Fava.  I was called in for my annual review and also to collect a new mould for my right hearing aid which had required a repair.
When I look at Luigina‘s qualifications, I am not surprised that her competence, professionalism and expertise is the best that I could ever hope to receive. Her clinical input is absolutely perfect but this is complimented also with her
kind and understanding approach to the issues, I face with hearing loss.
She demonstrates complete empathy and insight into the issues that I have expressed to her that cause me challenges in my activities and quality of life.
I would 100% recommend anyone experiencing hearing loss to arrange to meet with this very skilled and trustworthy audiologist, I guarantee you will be comfortable with her, but she will give you information and advise you without you feeling pressured or committed but I know that my hearing aids are money well spent and they have transformed my ability to interact with what is going on around me and are an essential part of my quality of life, on a personal and emotional level as well as improved communication.

Cannot praise EMMA ROOMS enough. She is warm and welcoming, puts you at ease and you know you are in safe hands.
I have profound hearing difficulties and Emma has left no stone unturned to get hearing aids suitable for me…..a no mean task!
She is the consummate professional: patient, a good listener and very knowledge.
The ongoing care and support service is very responsive and additional appointments are fitted in promptly.
She is well supported by her assistant Audrey.
The shop is very accessible with a car park on its door step. ( free of charge for first hour)

Amazing experiance! I went in there to get some advice on the testing and the process. Alison on the desk gave me some advice and some earol to soften the wax in my ears, and also allowed me to book an appointment with one her practitioners. They were very polite and friendly, and I would highly recommend even for advice! Looking forward to my next visit!
