Good advice, and very pleased with the earphones

Fantastic company, selling goods at the proper list prices not the falsely inflated amazon prices.
Fast delivery, would highly recommend.

Ive got to rate these guys 5 stars although i did have a couple of problems. I ordered a new set of cans, expected them to be delivered on a thursday then the couriers failed to pick up my headphones at hfh hq. Stinker! The guys at hfh (specifically steve) got in touch to let me know and assured me new cans would be with me by friday. Perfect! Except, come the delivery on friday the box contained the wrong headphones... nightmare. Again, steve was straight on the case and organised a special delivery of my headphones on a saturday to fit my schedule.

Good customer service is demonstrated by getting it right. Great customer servive is demonstrated by getting it right when it goes wrong. I cant fault hfh for service or products. Thanks all (especially steve) for being proactive, responsive and looking after your customers.

I have been buying my headphones from hifiheadphones.co.uk for a number of years. An extensive choice of excellent quality products, very competitive prices, speedy delivery...and consistently superb customer service. What more could a customer wish for?? In my opinion, a trustworthy and highly recommended retailer.

I've made a number of online purchases from HifiHeadphones all without any problem. This time I decided to audition products at their Lancing base. I booked a slot and had sole use of their audition room and the attention of a staff member for as long as I needed it. After listening to the products and the helpful advice, the best product turned out to be the cheapest on my shortlist. I couldn't have had better service from a high-end high street retailer.
A manufacturing defect in one item purchased was sorted out with a single phone call - resulting in a lightning fast replacement with a unit checked out before dispatch and a courteous apology.
I don't normally review companies, but feel this was service well beyond the norm; highly recommended! Thank you HifiH.

I’ve used this company on several occasions and I’ve always found their prices very competitive and their delivery very prompt.
They have a very clear website and an excellent customer services.
I recently ordered some new ear tips from them and on arrival they did not fit my earphones ( I’d ordered the ones the manufacturer’s website advised) despite it not being their fault HiFiHeadphones replaced them with the correct ones within a couple of days.
Plus they always send you a sweet with your package 👍

I ordered a box damaged (unopened) headphones but they sent ex demo - so effectively bait and switch tactics. I didn't order pre-worn headphones.
At £480 these are the most expensive I have ever bought - and then treated like this....

Whats worse is there "customer service" hasn't even responded to my emails...

I have had to open a paypal dispute to try to get my money back.

Avoid at all costs.

Nice people but returns postage rubbish!
Nice enough people good enough website but the product I bought was really poor, the quality just was not there and then they insisted even though it was not fit for purpose I had to pay for postage to send the shoddy headphones back. So overall, would not use again as every other site I buy from will do free refunds if things are not fit for purpose just would have been better for a postage return paid envelope as when you buy from internet you expect a decent returns policy

Just what I wanted, fast delivery, brilliant service

Ordered replacement earbuds - initially hard to fin out which ones to order to fit headphones but once did placed order. They arrived promptly but wrong size. Have emailed company twice but no response. Glad I did not order anything more expensive.
