The assessment after every module on…
The assessment after every module on level 2 is horrible,you have all the answers right and it keeps saying you haven't passed. I think it should be checked correctly Coa how can you answer a question correctly 20times and it keeps saying you've not passed. The system should be able to even see why is this person repeating this assessment this much with accurate answers.
It's sooo frustrating

mediation for a training company
I had some real issues with a company who runs courses through Highfield as the awarding body. They were delaying certificates, being slow to send things & I was pulling my hair out asking on a daily basis.
I dealt with staff Melissa, Joel & Kimberley who dealt with my issues & managed between my grievances & the training organisation to speed them up so I could actually my certificates I had worked hard for.

Excellent on line course.
Excellent on line course that covered relevant information in a format that ensured nothing could be skipped. The accompanying literature was useful, however, contained spelling mistakes - for example duel instead of dual and meter instead of metre.

Excruciatingly slow
Excruciatingly slow. No opportunity to take assessment early in the case of requalification. Pace is stilted, forcing mouse clicks and no option to skip through the audio if you have read the material on the screen. It will repeat the answer to you when you got it right so clearly don't need a reminder.
Utterly dreadful user experience.
EDIT: Response from Highfield is dismissive unless I provide additional details. They are delighted to accept any anonymous 5* reviews and immediately dismiss any anonymous 1* review. I won't be adding personal information to the review as frankly I don't care if you improve; hopefully I won't have to do your agonising course ever again.

Food Hygene Level 3
The user interface forces unnecessary pauses and mouse clicks in the flow. It repeats correct answers back to you which soon becomes tedious. I didn't find it easy to learn from the material as it's presented in a dumb way . . It uses a lot of words to describe simple concepts. I notice that similar complaints from 2023 haven't been reflected in the product being improved.

To hopefully address the points you raised, our courses are designed to ensure that the end user not only understands the content whilst undertaking the training, however, also retains the knowledge, as from an end-to-end perspective this course does cover the entire syllabus of the Level 3 Qualification for those who use the e-learning as part of a blended approach.
The courses will pause throughout at set points, as for accessibility, this is to ensure those who may have language barriers or additional support needs have sufficient time to read, listen and understand the content due to the natural complexity of a level 3 course.
The courses themselves are written by subject matter experts and are reviewed frequently to ensure any changes in legislation or course content are updated, and in this case making the course more widely available across a number of mobile devices; They may use different terminology though the course which refers to the same area, as for those going straight into a level 3 course may not fully understand the syllabus or technical terms.

Good Experience
Overall, I found the e-learning experience to be quite positive. The content was engaging and relevant, with clear learning objectives outlined at the beginning of each module. The interactive learning activities and multimedia elements kept me engaged throughout the course, and I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge through the assessments. Fire safety Course
Great flexible hours and lets you finish the course in your comfortable time in multiple sessions.
There is no compulsion of completing the course in one go. Anyone can do it though, but I prefer to do it in my own time without disturbing other chores. So loved it overall.

Appalling service from Highfield
Appalling service from Highfield, I put several employees on cscs training course from train2train who were excellent, but after sitting the on-line exam we have for several days been waiting for two of four people for their certificates. We have had emails from Proctor confirming that have passed. Not joy with Highfield Online trying, no consideration of peoples livelihoods
