I needed to contact the Web Sales team with a couple of queries prior to placing my order online. It was very reassuring to be able to speak to a human as opposed to an AI chatbot. The young man I spoke to was very helpful in answering the queries to my satisfaction. I placed the order, the next day they called me back to inform me that my order was going to be shipped out a day later due to low stock levels. I needed to return the wall hanging brackets as we were able to use our existing ones, the call was answered by the same person and he remembered having spoken to me - extremely rare in this day and age of high tech chatbots who do not resolve queries at all! I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase any AV equipment, the web sales team are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have just finished ordering a new LG OLED TV through this company. The reason that I decided to use HILLS is not only are they nearly £150 cheaper than one of the country’s major stores but also that i was more than a little impressed with the very good reviews they have been given by other customers on this site. I needed a few questions relating to my purchase answered and so I rang them and spoke to two members of their staff, Andy and, later, Tony. Both these lads were extremely helpful which confirmed what the other reviews said. I therefore went ahead and placed my order with HILLS and now look forward to the free delivery of my new TV etc.

I think you need to review your shipping company. TNT/Fedex have been useless. TV was supposed to arrive Tuesday and we waited in all day tracking it, only for it to then say closed after 6pm. Trying to arrange a different time wasn't working on their site. You call their number and it's just a computer that doesn't help at all. You can't even make a complaint on their website! We can't pick it up tomorrow because their depot is closed at weekends. We now have to wait in all day again on Monday and just hope that they actually do deliver it this time! Update.. Didn't arrive. Another wasted day and no way of contacting anyone. Tracking details don't work with FedEx and don't update with TNT. Edit - The TV did finally arrive and was smashed in at the back. Whilst this was a terrible delivery experience, Chris contacted me and did his upmost to ensure it was resolved quickly. He was very polite and professional and the delivery he organised from another local store for another new TV, went without a hitch. Despite this being an awful delivery experience, you absolutely cannot fault the professional customer service and I would therefore use them again.

Ordered 11am Thursday a new Samsung OLED TV, nearly £130 cheaper than high street and it was delivered before 10am on Friday….super service and amazing priced product. Thank you, will use these guys again…highly recommended
